Product warranty for a period of 1 year from the date Shipping. Warranty from damage caused only by Production process from Gentle Space Company Limited.
The warranty period is from the Shipping date. For warranty are subject to inspection of the delivery note, Receipt or Tax invoices only from Gentle Space Company Limited.
The warranty is limited to repairs or change the parts of the product that are defective within the period time. The warranty consideration for repairs or change the parts of the product is at the sole discretion of Gentle Space Company Limited.
Product warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by users, misuse or inappropriate use, any modification, lack of maintenance and using harsh corrosive cleaning fluids or inappropriate
If the original materials or components are no longer available, the Company reserves the right to replace them with materials or components of equivalent quality and specifications.
In the event of any repair or replacement under this warranty, the original warranty period shall continue from the date the original product was delivered. The warranty period will not be extended or renewed.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, customized, or altered at the Purchaser’s request from the Company’s standard specifications, including but not limited to changes in materials, colors, finishes, or any other product components. This exclusion also applies to Customer-Supplied Materials (CSM) and any materials that are outside the Company’s standard material specifications.
Gentle Space Company Limited is not responsible for any warranties other than those specified in the requirements and warranty conditions.
Should a defect be identified and a warranty claim be made within the applicable warranty period, the Customer shall return the product to Gentle Space Co., Ltd. for inspection and evaluation
